The correct option is B
Generally keto form is more stable than enol form. But in cases where enol form is stabilized by some factors which include aromaticity, hydrogen bonding etc, in those cases enol form is more stable than keto form.
In (a), 6 membered aromatic ring is formed when the compound is enolized. In (b), the enol form is more stable due to hydrogen bonding as shown.

There are no stabilizng factors in (c) and (d) , so (c) and (d) have their keto forms more stable than enol form
