In option (a),
BC is common in both side
A=D (Angle made on the same segment by chord BC)
but two things are not sufficient to prove tringles congruent.

In option (b)
taking ABC and DCB
BAC=CDB (Angle made on the same segment by chord BC)
ABC=DCB=90o (Angle made by diameters AC and BD)
BC=BC (common in both triangles)
So, ABCDCB (AAS)

In option (c)
only side BC is common nothing else is given so triangles in option (c) are not congruent.

Hence, option (b) correct.
