The correct option is CF2O The bond angle is the lowest for F2O. The central O atom has 2 lone pairs and 2 bond pairs of electrons. Due to very high repulsion between lone pairs of electrons and high repulsion between lone pair and bond pair of electrons, F−O−F bonds are pushed inwards. This decreases F−O−F bond angle.
