Solution

Income alone cannot be an indicator of development because development is a positive concept where equitable distribution of the economic growth is must. Many countries where there is much income ,but the same income lies in the hands of few .Many countries can posses the much income but their other indicators like heath ,education, life expectancy is weak.In order to be developed in true sense a country must posses income along with improvement in other indicators like heath ,education, etc.
