Solution:
India’s summer is hot and wet while the winters are dry. The tropical Monsoon Climate is characterized by this sort of seasonal nature where the summers are hot and wet while the winters are cool and dry. During the summer season, the south-western monsoon winds blow from the sea to the Indian coastal land. This brings rain to the coastal regions and then slowly, most of the Indian landmass receives rainfall.
Vegetation
Tropical deciduous forests grow here which are seasonal and depend on the amount of rainfall. The trees are hardwood and broad-leaved. Examples are: Teak, Sal, Deodar, Shisham, Bamboo, Sandalwood, etc.
Wildlife
This climatic division has elephants, tigers, Asiatic lions, deer, rhinoceros, etc which makes it extremely diverse in terms of wildlife.
