Solution

The correct option is A Gout
A gout is a painful form of arthritis. Gout occurs, when excess uric acid (a normal waste product) is collected in the body, and needle-like urate crystals deposit in the joints. This may happen because either uric acid production increases or, more often, the kidneys cannot remove uric acid from the body. The first symptoms are painful swelling in single joints, especially the big toe. Normally the uric acid level should be less than 6 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL).
