The given data is

1200, 1400, 1500, 1600

Sales without including festival sales:

1200, 1400, 1500

Mean = 1200+1400+15003

= 1366.67

Mean including festival sales:

= 1200+1400+1500+16003

= 1425

Hence, the mean of sales increases.
