The correct option is CQ from plate to earth When switch is closed, charge on its outer plate will become zero. So according to Gauss law, charge on outer surface of the left plate will aslo become zero.
Since left plate is isolated, total charge +Q will appear on its inner plate.
On the right plate, initial charge was zero, After closing the switch, charge on it is −Q. It means Q amount of charge has flown from plate to earth.
