Taking LCM,

= -15/35 and -7/35

The given numbers are equivalent to :
-15×2/35×2 and -7×2/35×2
-30/70 and -14/70

-17/70, -19/70, -21/70, -23/70, -29/70 are between -30/70 and -14/70

So the 12 rational numbers between -3/7 and -1/5 are -8/35, -9/35, -10/35, -11/35, -12/35, -13/35, -14/35, -17/70, -19/70, -21/70, -23/70 and -29/70
