By taking LCM of 3 and 5 which is 15 and converting these rational numbers into rational numbers with common denominator we get,

$\frac{1}{3}=\frac{5}{15}$ and $\frac{4}{5}=\frac{12}{15}$

the rational number between $\frac{1}{3}$ and $\frac{4}{5}$ is $\frac{7}{15}$

The decending order is $\frac{4}{5},\frac{7}{15},\frac{1}{3}$
