In photosynthesis,

$6 C O_{2} + 12 H_{2} O \to C_{6} H_{12} O_{6} + 6 O_{2} + 6 H_{2} O$

As that of atmospheric CO2 concentration increase that we observe is a product of temperature increase, so based on the photosynthesis the O2 also increases in the atmosphere
