Solution

The correct option is D Beta cells of Islets of Langerhans of pancreas
Insuslin is a protein hormone, secreted by β-cells of islet of Langerhans in the pancreas. It promotes the uptake of glucose by body cells, particularly in the liver and muscles, thereby control it’s concentration in the blood. Underproduction of insulin results in accumulation of large amounts of glucose in the blood (hyperglycaemia) and it’s subsequent excretion in the urine is abnormally high concentration (glycosuria). This condition is called diabetes mellitus.
