No,this is the general method.u have to divide the numerator by the max power of denominator.here the greatest power of x is 5 in the denominator expression and the whole expression is in power 3 so greatest power of x in denominator is 5×3 =15 .that's why we divided numerator by 15.after this all the three guys above me has solved it brilliantly so I request u to look at those solutions again.cheers!!
