Path difference due to glass slab,
Δx=(μ1)t

Shift in fringe pattern produced due to glass slab is,
Δy=(μ1)tDd=(μ1)tβλ

(β=λDd)

According to question, fringe pattern gets shifted by 30 fringe width.

Δy=30β

(μ1)tβλ=30β

t=30λμ1

t=30×6×1071.51

t=36×106 m=36 μm
