Question

Ions are more soluble in polar solvents compared to non polar ones. Then I can say that ions can be soluble in non polar ones too although less that polar ones. If yes then how?

Alcohol is polar solvent. Remember the like substances dissolve in like solvent. Non polar substance dissolve in polar solvent and non polar substance dissolve in non polar solvent. Ionic compounds are polar so dissolve in polar solvent. It is due to their hydration.
