Let x be the percentage of Fe3+. 100x be the percentage of Fe.
Total charges sum =0.
0.94[3(x)+2(100x)100]2=0
0.94[3x+2002x100]=2
x+200100=20094
x+200=2000094
x+200=212.8
x=12.8
Percentage of Fe+3 is 12.8
Percentage of Fe+2 is 10012.8=87.2
