Is -21/5 an irrational number? If yes/no then, why is the decimal expansion of irrational numbers always non-termination and not repeating(recurring)?

Dear student , -21/5 = -4.2 . Since the decimal expansion is terminated after one place , It is a rational number . The decimal expansion of an irrational number is always non terminating non repeating . We can say this by the definition of rational and irrational numbers. Regards
