Solution

The correct option is B

No

a = 3 , d = 10 – 3= 7

An = a + ( n-1 ) d = 56

3 + (n-1)7 = 56

(n-1)7 = 53

n-1 = 537

n = 607

Since , n is not an integer ,so, 56 is not a member of given arithmetic sequence.
