Bacteria and sperm cells:

  3. Prokaryotic cells lack membrane-bound organelles and also lack well-differentiated nuclei.
  4. The sperm cell is also microscopic but it is produced in the reproductive organs of animals.
  5. It is male gamete.
  6. It is also unicellular and but eukaryotic.
  7. It has cell organs like mitochondria and a well-differentiated nucleus.
