Solution

A thermal cooker is better than a casserole for the following reasons:
  1. It uses internal heat for further cooking of the food.
  2. It keeps food hot for a longer duration.
  3. A casserole is most suited for stored completely cooked food. But, we can store partially cooked food in a thermal cooker and it can further cook the food using the internal heat energy of the food without the need of an heat source - a feature absent in case of a casserole.
