Is chlorophyll pigment present in all the cells of a leaf or only in mesophyll cells ?

Dear student,

Mesophyll cells are the specialized cells present within a leaf, below epidermal layer. These mesophyll cells contains chloroplast (where cholorophyll pigments are found) which are the actual sites of photosynthesis.
