No, conduction is not possible through a vacuum.
Conduction is the process of transfer of heat without the actual flow of particles of matter from their position.
While in conduction particles move to and fro about their mean position.
Conduction of heat requires a medium to transfer heat, hence it does not happen in vacuum.
