Fog is a colloid, it is a mixed fluid composed of water, air, and suspension particles.

Colloid: A mixture in which a relatively small amount of one material is dispersed over a large amount of another, the smaller particles are called colloidal particles.

  1. On the other hand, we can also say that colloids are essentially solutions with solute particle sizes ranging from 1 nm to 1000 nm.
  2. The nature of colloids is diverse.
  3. It contains air as the dispersion medium and water as the dispersed state so it is an Aerosol colloid.

Hence, Fog is a Colloid.
