Is it necessary to have a 90° angle in rhs congruence rule or by having equal hypotenuse and equal side we can apply RHS congruence rule?

Conditions for the RHS - Right Angle Hypotenuse Sidecongruence

Two triangles triangle are congruent if the hypotenuse and one side of the one triangle are respectively equal to the hypotenuse and one side of the other.
Note that hypotenuse exist only if one of the angles of the triangle is 90° i.e. the triangle is a right angled triangle.
