Is it necessary to write a Polynomial in either on of the following forms :- i)Index Form
ii)Standard Form
iii)Coefficient form

The polynomial is normally written in normal form as,
${\mathrm{a}}_{\mathrm{n}}{\mathrm{x}}^{\mathrm{n}}+{\mathrm{a}}_{\mathrm{n}-1}{\mathrm{x}}^{\mathrm{n}-1}+.....\mathrm{ax}+\mathrm{d}=0$

And it is necessary to write in the above three mentioned form.
