We have 5 measurements. Thus, a quadrilateral can be constructed.

Step1: Draw AB = 4 cm.

Step 2: Draw DAB=75 and mark AD = 6 cm on it.

Step 3: At D, draw ADC=85 and extend the line along ADC.

Step 4: Draw ABC=60 and extend the line along ABC such that it intersects the line extending along ADC. Mark the point of intersection as C.

Step 5: Join the points A,B,C and D. Measure BCD. It is equal to 140 .

Alternatively :

BCD =360 - (ABC+DAB+ADC) = 360 - (60+75+85) = (360220) = 140
