Solution

135o=90o+45o
So, to make 135o, we make 90o and then 45o
Draw a line OAA
Taking O as center and any radius, draw an arc cutting OA at B.
Now, with B as center and same radius as before, draw an arc intersecting the previously drawn arc at point C.
With C as center and the same radius, drawn an arc cutting the arc at D.
With C and D as centers and radius more than 12CD, drawn two arcs intersecting at P.
Thus, AOP=90o
Also, AOP=90o
So, we bisect AOP
Mark point Q where OP intersects the arc
With B and Q as centers and radius more than 12BQ, draw two arcs intersecting at R.
Join OR
POR=45o
Thus,
AOR=AOP+POR
=90o+35o
=135o
AOR=135o
