Yes, it is possible to separate these compounds as they are dicistereomers and hence they have different boiling points. With different boiling points they can be easily separated by the process of distillation.
Through the process of distillation, mixtures are separated based on their differences in boiling points.
Diastereomers are a type of stereo isomers, when two or more stereoisomers of a compound have different configurations at one or more of the equivalent stereocenters and are not mirror images of each other.
