Question

Is light necessary to see objects?

Open in App
Solution

If there is no light, then there will be no reflection from an object and no light will reach our eyes. Therefore, light is necessary to see everything.

All the objects around us reflect light. A non-luminous object which doesn't reflect any light looks perfect black to us.
