Is matter around us pure?

It depends upon what type of matter one is talking about. Purity means that we are looking for things desirable. Like pure water should contain only water molecules and no dirt or mud or salt whereas pure milk would mean that it should contain only the constituents of milk (no extra water).
Mostly, matter around us is a mixture of different components like air is a mixture of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, sulphur dioxide , water vapour , dust particles etc.
