Yes.
Mercury of a good conductor of heat, it is infact this property because of which we use it in thermometers.It absorbs the heat and tends to expand,thus enabling us to read the temperature in the thermometer.

Since it is classified as a metal;albeit a liquid at room temperature; it conducts electricity as well.
