Open in App
Solution

Papaya :

  1. Carica papaya is a plant belonging to the family Caricaceae.
  2. It is an angiosperm (produces seed-bearing fruits).
  3. Papaya is a dioecious plant as the male and female flowers are present on the different plant individuals.
  4. Therefore, the male (stamen) and female (pistil) flowers are present on different papaya plants respectively.
  5. Hence, both male and female sexual organs, i.e., stamen and pistil are not present on the same plant.
