is there a difference between a questionnaire and a schedule?

Dear Student,

Both questionnaire and schedules are documents containing a set of questions to collect data for a specific purpose from the respondents . But, the only difference between them is that questionnaire is filled by the respondents themselves, whereas, schedule is filled by the respondents on putting the questions from the informants or respondents.
