Is there any difference between the Subordinate Court and the district court?

Dear Student,
Sub-ordinate court- Sub- ordinate court means all courts subordinate to the high court, including court of small causes. They deal with civil and criminal cases according with their respective jurisdictions. The subordinate judiciary is headed by a District and a Sessions judge in every district.
District Court- The District Courts of India are the local district courts of the state governments in India. These courts administer justice in district level. The highest court in each district is that of the district and sessions judge.
