No- gravity has effects on everything-anything, so if there exits at least two separate objects/galaxies/black holes etc, there is gravity and gravity attracts, so both/all would be in motion attracting towards each other: not at absolute rest.So the object earth is also in motion arround the sun and the milkyway also. So there is nothing which is on absolute rest.
