Solution:- Yes, $0$ is a rational number

$\Rightarrow$As we know $0$ divided by anything is always $0$.

$\Rightarrow$ We can write $0$ in form of $\frac{p}{q}$

such that $p=0$

$q\in z-(0,1)$

Then, $0=\frac{0}{q}$

ex. $\frac{0}{2}=0$

$\frac{0}{5}=0$

$\frac{0}{-2}=0$

$\frac{0}{0.21}=0$ etc.
