Find : Amount of Methylophilus required to produce 1 kg of protein.

Solution: 25000 kg of protein is produced by 0.25 kg of Methylophilus methylotrophus.

Then, 1 kg of protein is produced by 0.2525000= 1 x 105 kg of Methylophilus methylotrophus
