The correct option is B 75% increase
If initial temperature is T, final temperature is T+40100×T=1.4T

If initial volume is V, final volume is V20100×V=0.8V

Applying the gas equation, we get P1V1T1=P2V2T2

If initial pressure is P, final pressure =1.4T×V×P0.8V×T=1.75P

Increase in pressure =1.751=0.75

Percentage increase =0.75×100=75%

Hence, option C is correct.
