A liquid column with depth h, applies a pressure:
P=ρgh
where:
ρ Density
g Acceleration due to gravity

Using this,
Pressure in liquid A, PA=ρAghA
Pressure in liquid B, PB=ρBghB

It is given that the pressures are equal.
PA=PB
ρAghA=ρBghB
ρAhA=ρBhB

It is given that the density of liquid A is twice the density of liquid B.
ρA=2(ρB)
Substituting this, we get:
2ρBhA=ρBhB
2hA=hB

It is given that the height of liquid B is 10 cm.
hB=10 cm
So, hA=5 cm
