The correct option is A $5.4 c m, 2.3 c m, 3.1 c m$
A triangle can be formed only if sum of any two sides is greater than the third side.
In option $C$
$2.3 c m + 3.1 c m = 5.4 c m$
which is equal to the third side.
So a triangle can not be constructed.
