It is observed that when different pairs of materials are rubbed against each other they get charged . Is it true for all combinations of different materials?

When two materials are rubbed they acquire charge by friction. This method of charging by friction is effective for insulators as they are able to hold the excess charge on the surface. Conductors lose charge easily when held by hand.
