Solution
Joints:
The point at which two separate bones are joined together is known as joints.
The elbow contains synovial joint that allows considerable movement. Joints present in the elbow are known as hinge joints.
The joint that allows movement of bones in only one direction, i.e. forward and backwards exactly in the same way a door moves on its hinges is known as the hinge joint.
It contains a fluid-filled cavity with synovial fluid. This fluid helps in lubrication.
