There is a 200V battery and each capacitor can withstand 50V. so , we need 200/50=4 capacitors.
we know C is indirectly proportional to V. so if we increase the equivalent capacitance the V will decrease.
To increase C we connect them in parallel.
Ceq=10uF*4=40uF .
now we can connect it across 200V battery.
so,
Total 16 capacitor.. 4 rows.. Each row have 4 capacitor .
