It is said that nucleus is the brain of a cell. what will happen to the cell if the nucleus malfunctions ??

If the nucleus of the cell will not work properly the cell will be incapable of cell division. Nucleus is the controlling power of the cell and if it gets affected all the activities like cell division, replication, gene expression and functions of other cell organelles will be stopped and the result will be death of cell.
