The correct option is D 1750 ms2
Given, speed =10 cms1 = 10100 =0.1 ms1 and time taken = 10 minutes =10×60=600 s
Length of the rope = speed × time = 0.1 × 600 = 60 m
Now we have to cover distance 60 m in half the time, i.e. 5 minutes
Using second equation of motion, s=ut+12at2
60=0+12×a×(60×5)2
On solving we get, a=1750 ms2
