This is the case if direct proportion no. of hours (h) $\propto$ distance travelled (d)
$\Rightarrow \frac{h_{1}}{d_{1}} = \frac{h_{2}}{d_{2}}$

Here, $h_{1} = 2, d_{1} = 150, d_{2} = 450$ . We have to find out $h_{2}$

$\Rightarrow h_{2} = \frac{h_{1} d_{2}}{d_{1}} = \frac{2 \times 450}{150} = 6$
