Tape A
30 minutes in 20 buckets
(30÷20) minutes in 1 bucket
1.5 minutes in 1 buckets

Tape B
75 minutes to fill 30 buckets
(75÷30) minutes to fill 1 buckets
2.5 minutes to fill 1 buckets

Tape A takes only 1.5 minutes to fill one buckets than Tape B. So Tape A fill the bucket faster.
