The correct option is B 24 km
In 15 mins, Ravi covers 3 km = 3000 m
So, in 1 minute, he covers
$= \frac{3000}{15} = 200 m$

Here, Ravi runs at a rate of 200 m per minute.

$∴$ In 2 hrs (120 minutes), he will cover a distance of = 200 $\times$ 120 = 24000 m

$∵$ 1,000 m = 1 km

So, 24,000 m
$= \frac{24000}{1000} = 24 k m$
