Let $x$ be the marked price of the mobile.
Cost price of mobile $= R s . 900$
Now according to the question-
$x - \frac{10}{100} x = 900 + \frac{10}{100} \times 900$
$\Rightarrow \frac{9}{10} x = 990$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{990 \times 10}{9} = 1100$
