The correct option is A Rs 16.30

$203\left[\frac{100Z-14.25(100+30)}{11.50(100+30)-100Z}\right]=30$
or, $\frac{100Z-1852.3}{1495-100Z}=\frac{3}{2}$ or, 500Z=8190
$\therefore Z=\frac{8190}{500}=Rs16.38\approx Rs16.30$
